Why "Maremma a Domicilio"?

"Maremma a Domicilio" was born as a result of the emergency due to COVID-19 and the desire of a group of young Maremma farmers, members of ANGA Grosseto (National Association of Young Farmers) of Confagricoltura, to get their agricultural products from companies to the homes of customers.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don't need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account is convenient so you can review what you have ordered, save addresses and payment methods, repeat the same orders with a single click and receive exclusive offers and promotions.

Is there a minimum spending limit?

There is no spending limit, but in order for the order to arrive fresh and intact we have to pack the products specifically. For example, if you order fresh, dry ice must be included, which involves minimum shipping costs. We therefore advise you to amortize on orders that are not too small, but leave it up to the customer to decide.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Italy and all over Europe.

How much is the shipment?

The shipping cost depends on the delivery address. The rates are based on weight and are calculated during checkout. Starting rates are as follow.

Italy: €8 + VAT
Europe: €20+ VAT

How do I track my order?

At the time of shipment you will receive an email from our courier where you will receive the tracking code through which you can track your order.

How often do you ship orders?

For orders containing fresh cheese, shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday to avoid the risk of stock over the weekend.

All orders received Monday before 5pm will be shipped on Tuesday.
Orders received after 5pm on Monday and before 5pm on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday.
Orders received after Wednesday at 5pm and before Saturday at 5pm will be shipped on Monday.
Orders received after Saturday at 5pm and before Monday at 5pm will be shipped on Tuesday.

You will receive an email from the courier at the time of departure of your shipment from Grosseto.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery time depends on the delivery address. At the time of order departure you will receive an email from the carrier with all the data to track the shipment.

Except for unforeseen events or destinations in less served areas below you will find the estimated delivery times by our courier.

Italy: 2-3 days
Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria: 2-4 days
Europe: 3-6 days

Perishable products are packed inside isothermal containers with ice in order not to be altered during the journey.
For two months now, all couriers have been witnessing an exponential increase in traffic due to the closure of activities and this, combined with all the new regulations that lead to having fewer people in the plants, makes the activity very complex.
There may be possible delays with respect to the inordinate times over which we have no control.

My package has been delayed or is in storage, what do I do?

If there are problems with the delivery, the courier has passed at a time when there was no one at home or for some reason the package is in storage, you will receive an email from DHL to inform you and you can access the tracking page of the package through which you can agree a new delivery.
If you need support do not hesitate to write to us, we will help you solve the problem.

Payment & Returns

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can make a payment by credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

What do I do if the product that arrives is defective?

If the product that arrives is broken or has suffered damage during transport send us an email to info@maremmadomicilio.it containing a photo of the damaged product and we will inform you how to proceed and when the courier will pick up the return.
After you have made the return you can choose whether to receive a credit or a discount voucher for a future order.

Buying from agricultural producers who work in an artisan way may happen, although rarely, that the product itself has some defect, if this happens we ask you to be understanding that you buy a non-industrial product, however we ask you to report the defect through the portal and we will inform you how to proceed and possibly when the courier will pick up the return.
After you have made the return you can choose whether to receive a credit or a discount voucher for a future order.
