Cultivated in Maremma and stone-processed, this Riso Carnaroli from Tenuta San Carlo is the perfect rice for making the classic Italian risotto. It remains al dente and yet creamy for a delicious risotto. In the production of our rice we follow very strict ecological standards and do not use herbicides, pesticides or fungicides. The cooking time is 18-20 minutes.
